Shipping Policy

We ship your order after receiving the cleared payments.
Customer has to provide all the details asked at the checkout.
We ship to worldwide via Pakistan Post and tracking number is provided to the customer.
International estimated delivery time is 13-23 business days, however, delivery may take longer than estimated time, sometimes it may be delivered earlier than the estimated time due to various factors such as customs’ clearance and weather conditions etc.
Handling time is not included in the shipping time.
Some countries may apply import duties and taxes. In those cases, customer is responsible to pay those duties.
We offer free standard international shipping on all orders.
Usage guide is sent with each order.
Please contact us before placing order in bulk quantity.

Handling time is 3 business days (Non Holidays). We need this time to process your order such as filling fresh shilajit in jars and packing the item.
Handing time during holidays depends on the duration of holidays.

We accept returns within 10 days after the customer receives the item.
Returns will only be entertained if the item is in its original condition and quantity.
If customer fails the receive the item for any reason and it comes back to us unclaimed, we will refund 60% of the amount actually paid for the order. However, if the customer wants us to send the item again, he/she have to pay 5$ shipping along with 5$ handling charges for the item.
Refund will be issued when we will receive the item.
In case of damaged items, we will only refund if their is defect in the packing. In that case we will either replace the item or send refund as per the customer’s demand.
Damage caused by impact of crushing, whether intentional or accidental will not be eligible for return.

Please keep the jar in straight position for 20 minutes after receiving the parcel. This would cause the shilajit resin to settle down and it will make the lid clear for opening.
